Berk is a very handsome red boy who just turned two in July. He is active, friendly and enjoys being the with other kennel dogs. He loves to see his leash come out because he knows that means he is going somewhere and has special one on one time with a human! He is terrific in the car and a gentleman with the other boys. He won't live with cats or very small dogs but is fine with my 25 lb mixed breed. He is going to be a great addition to the right family!

Meet Slammer the Big Shot! He answers to either name. Actually he answers to anything as long as you give him some attention! He just turned two this past May so he never did much at the track. I think he was just waiting for a special family to find him and take him home.

He is a very outgoing dog who gets along with every dog he meets and appears to be cat friendly. He needs a fenced yard with lots of play time and someone he can be close to.

He did have a slight fracture of the right hock which healed beautifully without surgery. I doubt anyone would even notice. He sure doesn't! (MV)

Lucky, I keep coming back to look at you because you look so much like my Bridge boy, Keno. He too was a skinny stray that no one wanted. I drove to pick him up with the intent to foster him and adopted him on the spot. I know love is looking for you. In the meantime eat well!

Meet Twiggy, a petite little brindle girl who will turn three this coming Christmas. She is surely hoping for a home of her own before then!

She is happy to have other dogs around her and enjoys running and playing with the boys and girls at Grey Haven. She loves people and her family is important to her. She does well with the smaller dogs but we are not sure how she feels about cats yet. She is young and active and would prefer a yard to play in and another dog as a companion.

Lucky is our newest boy. He is 9 1/2 and was found as a stray. No one claimed him, no one wanted him. GREAT in Tampa took him in and did his vet work for us and then brought him here to me. He seems glad to be in the house and has gotten along well with all the dogs: greyhounds, whippets and Maximillan.

He will stay here with us until he has put on about 15 pounds and we know a bit more about him. Right now I can tell you he is a love and has the coolest ears that go in all directions!
