Jack came back to Grey Haven when was returned because his elderly "mother" passed away and there was no one in the family to take him.

He can be very shy, but once he trusts you, he is fine. His world belongs to the family he lives with. He would be a perfect only dog for an older person.

Jack celebrates his 10th birthday in June 2010. Happy Birthday Jack! All he needs now is a great birthday present: A new home!

I am so hoping there is a special person out there who will be able to give this dog the love he so wants. His world is small.....he needs a comfy bed, some good food and a person who dotes on him. He doesn't need other dogs, dog parks or trips to the store....just a family to love.
Could this be the boy for you?
