Darren has gained over 16 lb since he came to Grey Haven!!! His bloodwork is great and he was able to be neutered on Friday 9/11. He finally stopped glaring at me today and is now back to his normal, silly self. His weight gain has allowed him to run and play and has helped him to build new muscle mass! All of this makes him appear to move around easier and have less problems with his front legs. In a few weeks he will make a visit to the ortho vets and we will see if there is anything that can be done to help him or if he is ready to start looking for his special family! Thank you all for the good wishes......they worked!! |
